The CommScope 310 VDSL Connector is a compact connector used to terminate
and protect outside plant cables for voice, data, and video signals on CommScope
low-profile or tall main distributing frames. The connector is easy to install
and extends seven inches from the vertical frame on which it is mounted. The
connector is wired with CAT5e rated cables on both the outside plant and equipment
sides. The left face of the connector has room for 100 industry standard 5-pin
plug in protector units, arranged in two 5 x 10 arrays.

Features and Benefits
- xDSL Compatible - Designed to pass signals up to VDSL rate. Provides an
overall improvement in upstream and downstream maximum allowable bit Rates (MABR)
and an approximate 10-fold reduction in megabit downstream loss as compared
to standard 310 connectors.
- Compact Design - Occupying half the vertical space of a 303 connector,
this compact design allows you to increase the frame density on conventional
distributing frames currently using 303 or earlier designed connectors.
- Gold Plated Receptacles - Provide low contact resistance over the life
of the connector to ensure high performance characteristics (all outside plant
and equipment receptacles are gold plated).
- Circuit Identification - Clearly marked protector receptacle positions
allow quick and easy circuit location.
- Quick, Easy Installation - Mounts on the distributing frame with two screws
to reduce the time you need to attach the connector to the frame.
