Parameter

  • Meets MIL-STD-188-124A "Military Standard for Grounding, Bonding and Shielding" bond resistance requirement of a maximum dc resistance of 0.001 ohms.
  • Meets IEC 1024-1 "Protection of Structures Against Lightning" requirements of 16 mm2 cross-sectional area for copper bonding conductors.

  • Tested to withstand over 100,000 amps peak current surge.

Grounding Kit Prep Tool

The grounding kit preparation tool trims away a section of cable jacket for the purpose of grounding strap installation. In one step, the tool removes the exact amount of jacketing necessary to attach the grounding strap and will not scrape or damage the cable’s outer conductors
